A BILL to amend article two, chapter twenty of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated section sixty-four, relating to providing that nonresident owners of land situated in this state be allowed to pay resident licensing fees for hunting and fishing.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article two, chapter twenty of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section, designated section sixty-four, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 2. WILDLIFE RESOURCES.

§20-2-64. Licensing fees applicable to nonresidents owning land in West Virginia.
Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, any nonresident who owns real estate in this state shall be entitled to pay licensing fees required for hunting and fishing at the same amount and rate as residents of this state.



NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to provide that nonresidents owning land in this state are entitled to obtain hunting and fishing licenses at the same amounts and rates as residents.
